The Westprüfung Dr. Seifert & Partner OHG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft - Steuerberatungsgesellschaft was established in Gießen in 1954. Our primary services are audit and compilation of annual accounts. Furthermore, we offer services in the areas of tax, accounting and management consulting to companies and their associates in a wide range of industries, entities, foundations, incorporated societies, organisations and individuals. Our long-standing collaboration with banks, authorities and organisations enables us to achieve success in representing our clients.
In cooperation with our related law firm „Schmitt Wenzel Spielmann Becker“, we have acquired a level of competence that can ensure our clients are being properly counseled in all areas of our services. This interdisciplinary interworking enables us to handle complex projects such as change of corporate form, follow-up regulations and restructuring of companies.
